For those not attending the Ralph Gingrich Memorial Fort Bragg Run, mark your calendars and join your fellow SAMOA members at this year’s California Automobile Museum CruiseFest on Fulton Avenue which will take place on Saturday, October 6 from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
This is a pretty big local event for car folks and draws hundreds of cars from all over the region. Along with cruising up and down Fulton Avenue, there will be a street fair with live music, entertainment, beer & wine, food trucks, vendors, and more. But the biggest attraction (in addition to our Miatas) will be all of the fantastic antique, classic, custom and muscle cars, hot rods, and specialty vehicles that will cruise on and park along Fulton Ave.
The museum is offering discounted pricing for the first 300 cars that register for this event. Registration is $25 per car for Gearhead and car club members. For an additional $10, you can get the VIP Package which includes a 2018 CruiseFest t-shirt, a VIP bag, and one free drink ticket (per car).
Once on that web page, just scroll down to the “Museum Member/Car Club Member” section and click on the “Select Registration Class” link to begin the registration process. The museum will send an email confirmation that you are registered for this event.
Please send me a RSVP via the link below once you register for this event so I can track how many are in our group in an effort to get our own Miata club corral.
We will meet at 2:15 PM at the northwest corner of the Home Depot parking lot located at 2000 Howe Ave, Sacramento, CA 95825 (corner of Howe Ave & Cottage Way) and leave around 2:45 p.m. to drive to the event as a group.
