RESERVATION POLICY
Payment of the first night's stay is required when you make your reservation. Once your deposit is received, a confirmation letter is
sent confirming your reservation. It is incumbent upon the guest to make any changes or cancellations more than 48 hours prior to
your scheduled check-in. Cancellations made within this time frame will result in a full refund of your deposit, less a $15.00 service
charge. Reservations cancelled after the 48 hour deadline will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Please call (209) 753-2327 to
